I. In accordance with the Talent Cultivation and Development Plan for Civil Servants of this Government in 2024.
II. Target Audience: Graduates of public or accredited private universities, independent colleges, or junior colleges, or foreign universities, independent colleges, or junior colleges recognized by the Ministry of Education, who have completed more than 18 credits in environmental-related fields (cross-disciplinary studies are not allowed), but have not studied the core subjects of environmental education, including environmental education, environmental ethics, and environmental education teaching materials and methods. Those interested in participating in the training should first visit the "National Environmental Research Institute, Ministry of the Environment, Executive Yuan, Environmental Education Certification System / How to Enroll / Certification Courses / Inquiry of Professional Field Courses" (https://neecs.moenv.gov.tw/) to verify their eligibility before registering for this training. Participants who attend the entire session and obtain a certificate of training hours may apply to the Ministry of the Environment for environmental education personnel certification based on their academic qualifications. III. Attachment 2 lists the designated trainees for whom registration has been completed; non-designated trainees are also welcome to register for this class. Personnel departments of each agency are requested to complete the registration for the first session of the "Environmental Education Personnel Core Curriculum Training Class" through the "Physical Class Personnel Login System" (URL: https://dcsdcourse.taipei.gov.tw/personnel_login.php) before March 6th.
IV. The training course schedule is attached (as Attachment 1). Training information will be sent via E-mail to the trainees and the personnel departments of your agencies. Please pay close attention. To avoid any transmission omissions, please have the personnel departments of your agencies forward the training information to the trainees.
V. Participants in the aforementioned training class, if they meet the training requirements, will obtain lifelong learning hours for environmental education; those holding valid environmental education personnel certification will also have their certification extension hours registered.
VI. Lecture notes will be available on "Taipei e-University" - "Physical Class Special Zone" - "29 Student Zone" - "29C Lecture Notes Download". Participants are requested to browse or download the lecture notes before the class. Lecture notes will not be provided on the day of the class.
