(1) The scope of assistance covers family emergencies, student emergencies, and medical emergencies. For more detailed information, please refer to the attachment:

1. Family Emergency Assistance: For those whose lives are in difficulty due to sudden emergencies.
2. Student Emergency Assistance: For elementary, junior high, senior high (vocational), and university/college students whose schooling is affected by sudden changes in family economic circumstances.
3. Medical Emergency Assistance: For those who are ill and require hospitalization for treatment, and have difficulty covering medical and nursing expenses.

(2) Please complete the relevant forms in the attachment and submit them along with copies of relevant supporting documents to the school's registration office.
