I. Work Theme: Campus Friendly Chronicle

II. Work Content: Film the coolest, most glorious, most low-key warm, and bravest campus friendly behaviors to express respect for multiculturalism and enhance campus ethnic friendliness - friendliness across races, cultures, religions, genders, ideologies, boundaries, etc.

III. Work Specifications:

1. Video length shall not exceed 60 seconds.

2. Video Specifications: Resolution must be 720 x 480 pixels or higher, aspect ratio is horizontal 16:9, and must comply with YouTube video formats (e.g., MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, WebM, etc.).

3. Video content is not limited, but must comply with the "Motion Picture Classification Act" as general audience and include Chinese subtitles.

4. Competition works must be uploaded to YouTube. The title format is "Campus Friendly Chronicle - ○○○○○ (Custom Video Title, not exceeding 10 characters including punctuation)", set the viewing permission to "Unlisted" (viewable by those with the link), and upload the link and cover thumbnail (1280 x 720 pixels) to the event website before July 11, 2025.

II. Registration Method

I. Registration Period: From now until June 13, 2025.

II. Submission Deadline: July 11, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

III. Eligibility: Students of all public and private elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide (including individual homeschoolers with academic records and homeschooling groups). Divided into individual and group categories. The maximum number of participants in a group is 5.

IV. Preliminary Selection Announcement Date: End of July 2025.

V. Final Selection Announcement Date: End of August 2025.
