I. In accordance with the Education Bureau's Net-Zero Emissions Implementation Plan.

II. The Education Bureau has completed the training of at least one tree carbon sink seed teacher for each public high school and vocational high school in the city by February 114. In order to promote the comprehensive inventory of campus tree carbon sinks in public schools in the city in 114, and to complete it by the end of 115, the aforementioned plan has been formulated to organize the following activities:

(1) 114 "Campus Tree Carbon Sink Citizen Scientist Certification Workshop" High School and Vocational High School Student Session: Public high schools and vocational high schools in the city are requested to encourage students to participate, with a total of 76 spots. The session will be held on March 29, 114 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 day). The venue is Taipei First Girls High School. Online registration is available (URL: https://forms.gle/yrFDT4bxPCTxFsbo8). Registration is open from now until March 24, 114 (Monday) at 5:00 PM, or until all spots are filled (see Attachment 1 of the plan for details).

(2) 114 "Campus Tree Carbon Sink Citizen Scientist Certification Workshop" Faculty, Staff, and Volunteer Session: Faculty, staff, or school volunteers from public high schools and vocational high schools in the city are requested to participate, with a total of 80 spots. The session will be held on March 31, 114 (Monday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 day). The venue is Guandu Junior High School in the city. Online registration is available (URL: https://forms.gle/pLWgtRPHyds3SSJC9). Registration is open from now until March 26, 114 (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM, or until all spots are filled (see Attachment 2 of the plan for details).

(3) Promotion of Campus Tree Carbon Sink Inventory "Advanced Tree Carbon Sink Facilitator" Training: Divided into the following two sessions, with 40 spots each. Facilitators of environmental education counseling groups from high schools, vocational high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools in the city, as well as interested tree carbon sink seed teachers from various schools in the city, are requested to participate in one session. Online registration is available (URL: https://forms.gle/vbWxPEgrMskGyMwD6). Registration is open from now until April 8, 114 (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM, or until all spots are filled (see Attachment 3 of the plan for details).

1. First session: April 10, 114 (Thursday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 day), held at Dazhi Elementary School in the city.

2. Second session: April 25, 114 (Friday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 day), held at Guandu Junior High School in the city.
