I. In order to encourage indigenous people of Taipei City to return to their hometowns to participate in seasonal ceremonies, cultural, and sports activities and to reduce their burdens, this plan is specially formulated.

II. The subsidy standards are as follows:

(I) Each person can apply for and be subsidized once per year.
(II) The principle is to subsidize the round-trip fare of the Tze-Chiang Limited Express train from the train stations in the city to their respective tribal areas or the nearest train station to the venue of the seasonal ceremonies, cultural, or sports activities.
