I. Recruitment Target: Retired teachers in this city who are enthusiastic about service, responsible, and able to comply with the time and location of the training courses (including online courses) organized by this center.

II. Service Content: Assist this center in organizing training courses, summarized as follows:
(I) Guide students to sign in and out, monitor student attendance, and register leave information.
(II) Assist with meal arrangements and statistics for the shuttle bus.
(III) Accompany the class to participate in field teaching and visiting activities.
(IV) Report and support emergency situations in the classroom.
(V) Other matters related to course promotion, implementation, or temporary assignments.
