1. To promote children's and youth's visual education, PTS, through the "Little Director, Big Dream Workshop" Children's Visual Education Program, calls for elementary school teachers and students, and parent-child teams interested in visual creation to participate in short film creation by submitting their proposals first and then receiving training and guidance. Excellent works completed through the workshop's guidance in previous years have repeatedly won awards at major domestic and international children's film festivals, allowing Taiwanese children's creativity to shine internationally.

2. PTS's 2025 "Little Director, Big Dream Workshop" is about to begin. Our organization will hold "Short Film Creation Briefing Sessions" to explain the participation methods and related event details. The briefing sessions will be held on April 19, 2025, at the Dadun Cultural Center in Taichung; April 26, at the Zhongxing Cultural and Creative Park in Yilan; May 3, at the Li Keyong Library in Kaohsiung; May 10, at Public Television Service in Taipei; and May 17, online. Professional visual creators will teach how to write film project proposals, and little director teams will share their filmmaking experiences. Participation is welcome. The briefing sessions are free of charge. Please register online through the official event website.

3. The "Children's Short Film Project Proposal Selection" deadline is May 31, 2025. Elementary school teachers and students, and parent-child teams are welcome to form teams and register online. Submit film project proposals to participate in the selection. Selected teams will receive a full set of filmmaking guidance resources, and completed short films will be submitted to international exhibitions based on merit.
