1. To enhance students' cultural experience of traditional markets, all public and private schools in the city are invited to convey the charm of Taipei's public retail markets (commercial markets) through the creation and dissemination of short videos from the students' perspective.

2. The details of the aforementioned competition are as follows:

(1) Submission Theme: Creations that showcase "Taipei's Traditional Public Markets" and "2025 Taipei World Universiade."

(2) Submission Elements: Videos should be between 30-90 seconds long and must include elements related to "markets, market stalls, and the World Universiade." There is no limit to the on-screen time for these elements.

(3) Submission Period: From now until April 13, 2025.

(4) Total Prize Money (New Taiwan Dollars, hereinafter referred to as NTD): NT$150,000:

1. First Prize (1 winner): NT$50,000.

2. Second Prize (1 winner): NT$30,000.

3. Third Prize (1 winner): NT$20,000.

4. Honorable Mention (10 winners): NT$5,000 each.

(5) Award Ceremony: The Mayor will be invited to present the awards during the main event of the 2025 Taipei Traditional Market Festival.
