I. In accordance with Taipei City Education Bureau Document No. 1143048217.

II. Taipei Metro Corporation is organizing a comic strip submission event, hoping to showcase inappropriate behaviors on the MRT from a child's perspective, allowing children to learn and cultivate good riding etiquette through participation; in addition, to celebrate the co-hosting of the 2025 World Masters Games by Taipei and New Taipei Cities, a promotional poster selection event is also launched, welcoming everyone to unleash their creativity and join the grand occasion.

III. The details of the aforementioned events are as follows:

(I) Event 1: "Four-Panel Comic Strip Submission for MRT Inappropriate Behaviors"

1,Submission Target: Individual creations by students (grades 1-6) of public and private elementary schools nationwide.

2. Creative Themes (choose one):

(1) Backpack bumping into things while riding

(2) Insisting on blocking the train doors

(3) Cutting in line when boarding

(4) Rushing into the carriage before others disembark

(5) Talking loudly in the carriage or watching videos/listening to audio without headphones

3. Artwork Specifications: Four-panel comic strip format in A4 (29.7 cm x 21 cm) landscape orientation, with no restrictions on traditional hand-drawing or digital software creation.

(II) Event 2: "2025 World Masters Games in Taipei and New Taipei Poster Submission"

1. Submission Target: No age or occupational restrictions, open to all interested in creating posters.

2. Submission Content: Create one poster using artificial intelligence, hand-drawing, or digital tools, with the theme revolving around the 2025 World Masters Games.

3. Artwork Specifications: A3 (29.7 cm x 42 cm) portrait orientation.

IV. To encourage participation, 5 Excellence Awards and 10 Honorable Mentions will be selected for each theme, with prizes, certificates, and exhibition opportunities provided. Aspiring participants are welcome to register.

V. The entire event will be conducted online (registration via LINE account); Submission Period: From March 24, 2025 (Monday) to April 6, 2025 (Sunday).
