Description:
1. In accordance with the Municipal Government's letter No. 1143002232 dated February 7, 114.
2. If your unit is interested in participating, please fill out the award application form (including attachment verification data) and the recommendation list and send it directly to the email of the person in charge of this bureau (bb9517@gov.taipei) before March 28, 114 (Friday) for review (if there is no recommendation data, no reply is required).
3. The relevant reporting data is briefly described as follows:
(1) Thesis
1. Please add or reduce the number of people as needed. All participating authors, including non-municipal government employees, must be clearly listed. If there are 2 or more authors (including non-municipal government employees), please list them completely.
2. Please add the author's contribution after each author. The contribution must be agreed upon by all authors.
3. The contribution must be limited to substantive writing. If the contribution is less than or equal to 5%, a separate list must be provided to specify the writing sections assigned to the author.
4. Please carefully check the attachment data. In addition to the application form and thesis, which are separate files, please merge the remaining attachments in the order checked above (please compress the attachment data into PDF files).

(2) Published Monographs
1. Please add or reduce the number of people as needed. All participating authors and their contributions must be clearly listed. The contribution must be agreed upon by all authors.
2. The contribution must be limited to substantive writing. If the contribution is less than or equal to 5%, a separate list must be provided to specify the writing sections assigned to the author.
3. For attachment data verification, in addition to the application form and monograph, which are separate files, please merge the remaining attachments in the order checked above (please compress the attachment data into PDF files).
