To inform that the Chinese Taipei Dental Association (hereinafter referred to as CTDA) has amended the "2025 National and County/City Elementary School Children Dental Cleaning Micro-film Exhibition Regulations."

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1140031353 dated March 27, 114.

II. This Bureau previously forwarded the aforementioned regulations by letter No. Bei Shi Jiao Ti Zi Di 1143046331 dated March 17, 114, and requested active participation.

III. As there were errors in some parts of the aforementioned regulations, they are hereby corrected as follows:

(I) The online voting popular award, originally from "August 5, 114 (Tuesday) to September 8, 114 (Monday) noon," has been corrected to "September 1, 114 (Monday) to September 30, 114 (Tuesday) noon."

(II) The "Document Submission Confirmation" option has been added to Attachment 1, the registration form.

(III) The contact information for county/city dental associations and the CTDA, originally "Ms. Du, contact person for Taitung County," has been corrected to "Ms. Du Leng, contact person for Taitung County."

IV. The CTDA has announced the amended "2025 National and County/City Elementary School Children Dental Cleaning Micro-film Exhibition Regulations" on its website (http://www.cda. org.tw) under "Oral Health / Public Dental Health Activities of Various Associations."
