I. In accordance with the Taipei City Teacher Training Center's letter No. 1446000430 dated February 17, 114, and our school's application plan.

II. The aforementioned courses aim to provide teachers with strategies for emotional adjustment and stress management, thereby enhancing teachers' ability to perceive their own physical and mental states, to alleviate work stress, and to improve teachers' mental health.

III. Information regarding the training activities is as follows:

(I) Training sessions and times:
1. First session: Breathing Lines - Macrame Art and Stress Relief, April 18, 114 (Friday), 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
2. Second session: Colors Flowing at Fingertips - Pastels and Emotional Flow, May 23, 114 (Friday), 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
3. Third session: Drawing Your Own Psychological Map - Mind Cards and Inner Exploration, June 6, 114 (Friday), 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
4. Fourth session: Sandplay Mandala and Blessings for Oneself, July 3, 114 (Thursday), 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

(II) Training location: Nangang Elementary School, Nangang District, Taipei City (Address: No. 67 Huimin Street, Nangang District, Taipei City), 3rd Floor AI Smart Classroom.

(III) Lecturer: Hu, Chi-Yu, Counseling Psychologist.

(IV) Target audience: Elementary school teachers in Taipei City.

(V) Number of participants: 30 participants will be accepted for each session.

(VI) Registration method: Please register on the Taipei City Teacher In-service Training Network three days before the start of the course and complete the recommendation procedures, until full.
