The city government's smart payment platform is scheduled for system maintenance on April 28, 2025 (Monday) from 0:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
During the maintenance period, all system services will be temporarily suspended, including website inquiries and payments on the smart payment platform, Taipei Pass inquiries and payments, counter payments, parking lot entry and exit deductions (3A), and Health Point redemption services.
Additionally, the campus payment system, which interfaces with the smart payment platform to provide diverse payment channels, will also be temporarily suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
