Inform you about the "Taipei 2025 STEAM Interdisciplinary Competition" Teacher Training

I. To cultivate Taipei City students' creative design, collaborative creation, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary integration abilities, the aforementioned competition will be held in November 114.

The competition is divided into three categories: "Smart Marble," "Building Block Mechanism," and "Dragon Boat Race."

II. Starting from May 114, Longshan Junior High School, Xinxing Junior High School, Renai Junior High School, and Shipai Junior High School will assist in organizing teacher training workshops for the competition. The workshop information is as follows:

(I) Participants: Junior high, elementary, and high school teachers in Taipei City who are willing to lead students to participate in the 2025 STEAM Cross-Disciplinary Competition.

(II) Registration Method: From now until full capacity, please register on the Taipei City Teacher In-Service Training Website (http://insc.tp.edu.tw). Admission will be based on the order of school recommendation.

(III) Workshop Time and Location:

1. Smart Marble Category:

(1) First Session: May 2, 114 (Friday) 09:00-12:00 at Shipai Junior High School.

(2) Second Session: May 10, 114 (Saturday) 09:00-16:00 at Shipai Junior High School.

2. Building Block Mechanism Category:

(1) Basic Group: May 14, 114 (Wednesday) 13:30-16:30 at Renai Junior High School.

(2) Advanced Group: June 18, 114 (Wednesday) 13:30-16:30 at Xinxing Junior High School.

(3) Young Maker Group: June 11, 114 (Wednesday) 13:30-16:30 at Longshan Junior High School.

3. Dragon Boat Race Category:

(1) First Session: May 9, 114 (Friday) 09:00-16:00 at Xinxing Junior High School.

(2) Second Session: May 28, 114 (Wednesday) 09:00-16:00 at Xinxing Junior High School.

(III) Participants attending the Building Block Mechanism and Dragon Boat Race workshops who wish to participate in the respective competitions should contact the Technology Center of their school's service area after the workshop,

to borrow the relevant components and equipment required for the group or to purchase the necessary components and equipment themselves.
