I. This course will consist of 14 online live teaching sessions, starting from the knowledge of orthodox psychology to learn the wisdom of managing relationships and making happiness last. In addition to knowledge transfer, there will be a large number of case studies to help everyone find the key to happiness.

II. Course time: Starting from May 25, 2025, there will be 14 sessions every Sunday afternoon from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Please reserve 16 weeks in case the instructor has to take leave.

1. University of Hawaii, Department of Psychology, Esalen Institute for Holistic Studies, California. Has received professional training in Gestalt therapy, family therapy, parent effectiveness training, narrative therapy, drama therapy, etc.
2. Founder of the "Body, Mind, and Spirit Peach Blossom Spring Growth Center", "Taiwan Light Up a Lamp Social Care Association", and "Agam Life Biography Theater".
3. Has been leading growth groups in various enterprises, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers for over twenty years.

V. How to attend: Zoom online teaching. Please ensure you can use it before registering.

VI. Course fee: Free, but a deposit of NT$2,500 is required. Full attendance will receive a full refund. Full attendance is defined as attending for at least 150 minutes between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM for each session.
