I. This course will consist of 14 online live teaching sessions, starting from the knowledge of orthodox psychology to learn the wisdom of managing relationships and making happiness last. In addition to knowledge transfer, there will be a large number of case studies to help everyone find the key to happiness.

II. Course time: Starting from May 25, 2025, every Sunday from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM for a total of 14 sessions. Please reserve 16 weeks in case the instructor needs to take leave.

1. Graduate Institute of Psychology, University of Hawaii, Esalen Institute of Holistic Studies, California. Received professional training in Gestalt therapy, family therapy, parent effectiveness training, narrative therapy, drama therapy, etc.
2. Founder of the Center for Holistic Well-being, Taiwan Light Up a Lamp Social Care Association, and Ah-han Life Biography Theater.
3. Has been leading growth groups in various enterprises, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers for over twenty years.

V. Teaching method: Online via Zoom. Please ensure you can use it before registering.

VI. Course fee: Free, but a deposit of NT$2,500 is required. Full refund for perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is defined as attending for a full 150 minutes between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM for each session.
