I. In accordance with the Taipei City Department of Education's letter No. Bei Shi Jiao Guo Zi Di 1083019012 dated February 27, 108.

II. In accordance with the "Taipei City Public Elementary School New Student Distribution and Enrollment Regulations" and the "Notes on Transfer of Students in Taipei City Public Elementary Schools."

III. In accordance with the above regulations, when applying for student transfer out of or into this city, please proceed as follows:

1. Must verifyhousehold registration, to confirm that the student has indeed moved due to household registration changes.
   The school district for this school is: Zhangshu Village, Zhanglin Village, Zhangwen Village.
2. Both parents (or guardians) of the student must be present in person to handle the procedures, and presentboth parties' identification documents, and sign the enrollment application form (including transfer in and transfer out).
3. If one of the parents cannot be present in person, aletter of authorizationmust be provided (and both parents' identification documents must still be presented). Please see the attachment.
   (Note: For single-parent cases with "joint custody," the same regulations apply; otherwise, rights and obligations will be handled according to the remarks on the child's household registration.)
   Letter of authorization is attached. Please fill it out in advance if parents or guardians cannot be present in person, and the authorized person should bring this letter of authorization and relevant identification documents to the school to handle the transfer matters.
